Superhype Magazine does not guarantee campaign results, creator participation, audience engagement, or sales outcomes.

2. Campaign Guidelines

Brands may provide specific campaign briefs outlining requirements for creators.

Campaign briefs may include:

Posting timelines
Messaging guidelines
Hashtags or tagging requirements
Brand positioning guidelines
Usage rights

3. Brand Responsibilities

Superhype Magazine does not manufacture, distribute, sell, or guarantee any products provided by brands participating in campaigns.

Superhype Magazine shall not be held responsible for product defects, damages, safety issues, or customer disputes related to brand products.

5. Compensation and Payments

Brands are responsible for any compensation offered to creators participating in campaigns.

Compensation may include:

Monetary payments
Gifted products
Affiliate commissions

Sales results
Campaign ROI

Campaign performance may vary depending on audience behavior, platform algorithms, creator audience, and other factors beyond the control of Superhype Magazine.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superhype Magazine and MPE Photo & Media LLC shall not be liable for any damages, claims, or disputes arising from:

Creator-generated content
Product performance
Campaign results
Payment disputes between brands and creators
Marketing claims made by the brand

Brands agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superhype Magazine and MPE Photo & Media LLC from any claims arising from their products, services, or campaign materials.

11. Campaign Approval and Rejection

Superhype Magazine reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove campaigns that:

Violate legal regulations
Promote unsafe or harmful products
Contain misleading claims

Conflict with creator community guidelines

12. Program Modifications

Superhype Magazine may modify, suspend, or discontinue brand partnership services at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Brand Partnership Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.

14. International Payments, Shipping, and Transaction Fees

For campaigns involving international transactions, shipments, or payments originating from outside the United States, the brand or client is responsible for covering all associated costs and fees.

International wire transfer fees
Bank processing fees
Currency conversion fees
Payment platform fees
Import duties
Customs fees
Tariffs
International shipping costs
Transportation and logistics expenses

Any costs incurred as a result of international transactions must be fully covered by the brand or client.

Superhype Magazine and MPE Photo & Media LLC shall not be responsible for covering or reimbursing any international banking fees, import duties, customs charges, tariffs, or transportation costs associated with brand campaigns or product shipments.

Brands are responsible for ensuring that all products shipped internationally comply with applicable customs regulations and import laws.

Failure to cover these costs may result in delays, cancellation of campaigns, or suspension of the collaboration.
