These collaborations may include, but are not limited to:

Social media collaborations
Product reviews
Brand storytelling campaigns
Event collaborations
Affiliate collaborations
Brand ambassador programs
Superhype Magazine acts as a facilitator and intermediary connecting brands with creators.
Superhype Magazine does not guarantee campaign results, creator participation, audience engagement, or sales outcomes.
Brands may provide specific campaign briefs outlining requirements for creators.
Campaign briefs may include:
Content deliverables
Posting timelines
Messaging guidelines
Hashtags or tagging requirements
Brand positioning guidelines
Usage rights
Superhype Magazine may review and supervise campaign guidelines to ensure they are clear and aligned with creator program standards.
However, the brand remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of campaign instructions.
Brands participating in campaigns agree to:
Provide accurate information about products or services
Ensure marketing claims comply with applicable laws and regulations
Provide clear campaign instructions and deliverables
Communicate professionally with creators and Superhype Magazine
Brands must ensure that any claims made about their products or services are truthful and legally compliant.
If a campaign includes product seeding or product reviews, the brand is fully responsible for:
Product quality
Product safety
Manufacturing standards
Product claims
Shipping and delivery of products
Customer service related to the product
Superhype Magazine does not manufacture, distribute, sell, or guarantee any products provided by brands participating in campaigns.
Superhype Magazine shall not be held responsible for product defects, damages, safety issues, or customer disputes related to brand products.
Brands are responsible for any compensation offered to creators participating in campaigns.
Compensation may include:
Monetary payments
Gifted products
Affiliate commissions
Event invitations
Product samples
Payment terms, if applicable, must be clearly communicated within the campaign agreement.
Superhype Magazine is not responsible for payment disputes between brands and creators unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
Brands must comply with all applicable advertising and marketing regulations, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
Brands must ensure that creators participating in campaigns are instructed to properly disclose sponsored relationships using clear language such as:

Creators maintain the right to accept or decline campaign invitations.

Engagement levels
Content performance
Sales results
Campaign ROI
Campaign performance may vary depending on audience behavior, platform algorithms, creator audience, and other factors beyond the control of Superhype Magazine.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superhype Magazine and MPE Photo & Media LLC shall not be liable for any damages, claims, or disputes arising from:
Creator-generated content
Product performance
Campaign results
Payment disputes between brands and creators
Marketing claims made by the brand
Brands agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superhype Magazine and MPE Photo & Media LLC from any claims arising from their products, services, or campaign materials.
Superhype Magazine reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove campaigns that:
Violate legal regulations
Promote unsafe or harmful products
Contain misleading claims
Conflict with editorial standards
Conflict with creator community guidelines
Superhype Magazine may modify, suspend, or discontinue brand partnership services at any time.
Terms and campaign processes may change without prior notice.
These Brand Partnership Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
For campaigns involving international transactions, shipments, or payments originating from outside the United States, the brand or client is responsible for covering all associated costs and fees.
These may include, but are not limited to:
International wire transfer fees
Bank processing fees
Currency conversion fees
Payment platform fees
Import duties
Customs fees
Tariffs
International shipping costs
Transportation and logistics expenses
Any costs incurred as a result of international transactions must be fully covered by the brand or client.
Superhype Magazine and MPE Photo & Media LLC shall not be responsible for covering or reimbursing any international banking fees, import duties, customs charges, tariffs, or transportation costs associated with brand campaigns or product shipments.
Brands are responsible for ensuring that all products shipped internationally comply with applicable customs regulations and import laws.
Failure to cover these costs may result in delays, cancellation of campaigns, or suspension of the collaboration.
