The Superhype Creator Program is operated by Superhype Magazine, a digital publication owned by MPE Photo & Media LLC, based in Florida, United States.
These Creator / Influencer Program Terms govern participation in any creator, influencer, contributor, or brand collaboration program managed by Superhype Magazine.
By applying to or participating in the Superhype Creator Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
The Superhype Creator Program connects brands, small businesses, and organizations with vetted creators to produce authentic digital content.
Campaign opportunities may include, but are not limited to:
Product reviews
User generated content (UGC)
Social media collaborations
Editorial features
Photography or video content
Brand storytelling campaigns
Event coverage
Product seeding campaigns
Affiliate collaborations
Sponsored posts
Creator partnerships
Brand ambassador programs
Participation in the program does not guarantee campaign invitations, compensation, or ongoing collaboration.
Superhype Magazine reserves the right to select creators based on brand fit, audience alignment, campaign requirements, and editorial discretion.
Each campaign may have specific rules, deliverables, and guidelines provided by the client (brand) and supervised by Superhype Magazine.
Campaign briefs may include details such as:
Content format (Reels, TikTok, photos, articles, etc.)
Posting timelines
Messaging guidelines
Disclosure requirements
Usage rights
Brand hashtags or tags
Content restrictions
Creators agree to follow these campaign-specific guidelines when participating.
Failure to follow campaign instructions may result in removal from the campaign or the program.
Creators participating in campaigns agree to:
Provide accurate personal and social media information
Follow campaign briefs and deadlines
Maintain professional communication with Superhype Magazine and brand partners
Produce original content that does not infringe on third-party rights
Disclose partnerships in compliance with FTC guidelines
Creators are responsible for ensuring that the content they create complies with the policies of the social media platforms they use.
Creators must comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) advertising guidelines.
This includes clearly disclosing when content involves:
Sponsored collaborations
Gifted products
Affiliate links
Paid partnerships
Acceptable disclosures may include:

Failure to provide proper disclosure may result in removal from campaigns or the program.
Superhype Magazine acts solely as a platform facilitating collaboration between brands and creators.
Superhype Magazine does not manufacture, sell, distribute, or guarantee any products or services provided by brands participating in campaigns.
Therefore:
Superhype Magazine is not responsible for product quality, product safety, shipping issues, manufacturing defects, product claims, or customer service related to brand products.
Any concerns regarding products must be addressed directly with the brand.
Creators participating in paid campaigns are considered independent contractors.
Creators are solely responsible for:
Reporting income received through campaigns
Paying applicable taxes
Complying with IRS reporting requirements
Maintaining their own financial records
Superhype Magazine and MPE Photo & Media LLC are not responsible for creators' tax obligations or reporting requirements.
Campaign compensation may vary and may include:
Monetary payments
Gifted products
Affiliate commissions
Editorial exposure
Event invitations
Product samples
Compensation terms will be defined in individual campaign agreements when applicable.
Superhype Magazine does not guarantee payment for all campaigns.
By participating in a campaign, creators may grant Superhype Magazine and the participating brand the right to:
Repost content on social media
Share content on websites
Use content for marketing or promotional purposes
Specific content usage rights may vary depending on campaign agreements.
Superhype Magazine reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove creators from the program at any time.
Creators may be removed for reasons including:
Failure to follow campaign guidelines
Misrepresentation of audience or engagement
Failure to disclose partnerships
Harassment or misconduct
Fraudulent activity
Violation of platform policies
Superhype Magazine may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Creator Program at any time.
Program rules and campaign guidelines may change without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superhype Magazine and MPE Photo & Media LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from participation in creator campaigns, brand collaborations, or product promotions.
Participation in the Superhype Creator Program and all campaigns of any nature implies acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and applicable Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations.
Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
